Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 46,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to trading (the "New Shares"). The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company. Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 26 March 2012.
