Exercise of Over-allotment Option
Pod Point Group Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that BofA Securities, acting as stabilising manager, has today exercised the over-allotment option granted by the Company (the "Over-allotment Option"), in respect of 1,842,264 ordinary shares in the Company at the offer price of 225 pence each.
Giving effect to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option, the final size of the Offer is 46,158,092 ordinary shares, representing approximately 30 per cent. of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, raising gross proceeds of approximately £104 million in aggregate.
