6 August 2014 Panther Securities PLC (the "Company") Additional Listing - Scrip Dividend The Company is pleased to announce that shareholders holding 11,305,326Ordinary Shares, representing 65.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany, have elected to take the scrip dividend in respect of the finaldividend of 9p per share for the year ended 31 December 2013. Accordingly, theCompany has allotted, subject to admission to trading as below, 301,008 newOrdinary Shares. Following the issue of these shares, the total issued sharecapital for Company will be 17,487,295 Ordinary Shares. An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London StockExchange for 301,008 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading, in relation tothe operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the final dividend for the yearended 31 December 2013. Dealings are expected to commence on 12 August 2014 andthe shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of theCompany.
