SCRIP REFERENCE PRICE
The Scrip reference price for the fully paid Ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014, payable on 3 April 2014, will be 683.1p.
The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's Ordinary shares for the day on which they are quoted
ex-dividend and the four subsequent business days. In respect of the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014, this was the period 29 January 2014 to 4 February 2014.
The Scrip Dividend Alternative timetable for the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2014 is as follows:
