Management change
Tim Linacre has notified the Board of his intention to step down as CEO before the end of 2012. He intends to remain on the Board and with the firm to concentrate on client work. As a consequence the Board has initiated a search for a successor.
Ed Warner, Chairman, commented:
"Tim has been with the firm for over 20 years, the last six as chief executive. I am delighted that he has agreed to remain in that position until a new chief executive is appointed and also delighted that he intends to remain with the firm thereafter to concentrate on serving Panmure Gordon's clients."
