Panmure Gordon & Co. plc25 July 2005 Panmure Gordon & Co Plc Panmure Gordon Announces US Co-operation Agreement Panmure Gordon & Co Plc ("Panmure Gordon" or the "Company"), the corporate andinstitutional stockbroker, announces that it has entered into a co-operationagreement with CE Unterberg Towbin (CEUT), the US based investment bank. The agreement offers significant opportunity to widen the international investorreach of both companies. Under the agreement, Panmure Gordon will be able to access institutionalinvestors across the US while CEUT's corporate clients will have greater accessto UK and European institutional investors through Panmure Gordon's extensiveinstitutional investor client list. In addition, the firms will offer each other's research to their institutionalclients.
