Directors' Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Mr Michael Haynes, the Company's Group Sales & Marketing Director, has purchased the following shares:

Following these transactions, Mr Haynes owns 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital excluding shares held in treasury and Mrs Haynes owns 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital excluding shares held in treasury.
