AGM Statement
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today at 12.00 noon the Non-Executive Chairman, Dick Steele made the following statement:
"Over the first four months of the financial year trading in the UK has been much stronger than the corresponding period last year. While the US and Korea have been weaker during this period, the order book for the second half of the year across all our major markets is very promising. As a result we remain confident of the full year outcome."
All of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
