Portmeirion Group PLC05 June 2007 5 June 2007 Portmeirion Group PLC Additional Listing Portmeirion Group Plc ("Portmeirion" or "the Company") announces that it hasissued and allotted 41,700 new ordinary shares following the exercise of optionsgranted under the Portmeirion 2002 employee share option scheme. Accordingly,application has been made for 41,700 new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM on 11 June 2007. Following this, the number of ordinary shares in issue will be 10,504,730. Ofthese 677,218 are held in treasury and do not carry any voting rights.
