PREMIER OIL PLC(the "Company", "Premier")

Listing Application

Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 749,913 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 5 July 2018.

The Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of conversion rights by a bondholder in respect of the 2.5% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2022, with a total aggregate principal amount of US$688,000.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
