AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Further to announcements made on the 7th and 14th of September 2012 (RNS 0322M and RNS 4015M respectively) regarding the sale of shares by Mr R A Allan, the Company would like to notify the market of the following corrections to the number of shares in the Company sold by Mr Allan:

On 7th September Mr Allan sold 126,687 shares at £3.835373. On 14th September Mr Allan sold 149,303 shares at £3.832050.

The 20,029 shares reported as being sold on 10th September were, in fact, included in the 149,303 shares reported as sold on 14th September and therefore had been counted twice.

Mr Allan's total holding following the above notified adjustments are as follows:

Total holding: 1,669,617 comprising:

114,604 owned shares;

80,140 Nominee shares (within EBT);

12,833 share options;

73,340 AEP Deferred Shares;

158,987 LTIP Deferred Shares;

472,782 AEP Matching Award Shares;

397,467 LTIP Matching Award Shares;

17,642 SIP shares;

320,071 LTIP Performance Shares; and

21,751 Deferred Bonus Shares.
