The following amendment has been made to the "Transaction in Own Shares" announcement released on 3 July 2023 at 07:00 under RNS No 6483E.
Consequently, the following subsequent announcements incorrectly stated both the total number of shares in issue and the total number of voting rights:

Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary technology-based trading platforms, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 14 February 2023 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each through Liberum Capital Limited.

The Company is holding the repurchased shares in treasury. Immediately following the issue of 3,113 ordinary shares to employees on 30 June 2023 and the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue were 82,305,911 (instead of 82,302,798) (excluding treasury shares), and the Company held 32,582,466 (instead of 32,585,579) ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 were 82,305,911 (instead of 82,302,798).
Consequently, the total voting rights in the Company previously announced between 4 July 2023 and 13 July 2023 also require amendment as follows:
