Directorate Changes

Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, a leading cloud-based full-service technology provider to automotive retailers and OEMs, is pleased to announce the appointment of Avril Palmer-Lavery as Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 25 June 2026.

Avril has over 35 years of senior leadership and board-level experience across a broad spectrum of the automotive and support services sectors. She is a highly respected automotive industry leader. Avril is the Founder and Executive Chair of Constellation Automotive Group, the largest vertically integrated digital car marketplace in Europe, comprising brands including British Car Auctions (BCA), Cinch, WeBuyAnyCar and Marshall Motor Group. Avril also holds the position of Non-Executive Chair of ZIGUP plc, a leading integrated mobility solutions provider, and Chair of MAC Alpha Limited.

She previously was Executive Chair of Stobart Group plc, Autologic Holdings plc, Universal Salvage plc, Redde plc and Northgate plc before the merger to create ZIGUP plc. Her appointment further strengthens the Board's oversight and governance as the Group continues to execute its international growth strategy and expand its presence in the United States.

Avril's deep sector expertise and close alignment with key industry participants, both in the UK and globally, will be a great support to Pinewood.AI's continued ambitions of growth and platform rollout.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8.
