Block Listing Application

Plant Impact plc (AIM: PIM), an agricultural bioscience company that develops and markets crop enhancement and speciality nutrition products, announces that an application has been made with the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), relating to the Plant Impact plc Performance Share Plan and Unapproved Share Options.

These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on or around 8 July 2015.
