PHSC plc, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public and private sectors, announces that Stephen King, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The transaction was effected at a price of 23.6 pence per share via his SIPP account.

Simultaneously, Mr King also disposed of 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, held in a personal capacity, at a price of 23.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr King's interest in the Company remains unchanged with a holding of 3,215,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 24.56 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
