Director’s Shareholding

PHSC plc, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services and security solutions to the public and private sectors, announces that Nicola Coote, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, yesterday purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The transaction was effected at a price of 26.05 pence per share via her SIPP account.

Simultaneously, Ms Coote also disposed of 60,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, held in a personal capacity, at a price of 26 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Ms Coote's interest in the Company remains unchanged with a holding of 3,144,342 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 24.79 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company.
