Results of AGM voting
Primary Health Properties PLC (the "Company" or "PHP")) announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today 11 June 2019, all of the resolutions, as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting, were duly passed on a poll by the requisite majority.
Any proxy votes which were at the discretion of the Chairman have been included in the "For" total.

The total issued share capital of PHP is 1,136,169,382 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
