Phoenix Group Holdings (the 'Company') - Board Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company confirms that Manjit Dale has ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2014. This follows his decision not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 April 2014, as reported in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 and as announced through RNS on 26 March 2014.
