Phoenix Group Holdings (the 'Company') - Board Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company confirms that Tom Cross Brown has ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from 11 May 2016. This follows his decision not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting held on 11 May 2016, as reported in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015.
No loss of office payments have been or will be paid to Tom Cross Brown who will receive his contractual non-executive director's fee up to 11 May 2016, being the date of his resignation from the Board.
