For Immediate Release 24 November, 2006 BIDTIMES PLC ("Bidtimes" or the "Company") Disposal of Freehold Investment Property
The Company announces that it has completed the sale of one of its remaining four freehold investment properties known as 986 Chester Road, Erdington ("The Property") at a disposal price of ‚£168,000 paid in cash.
The Property was sold at a loss on disposal (before disposal costs) of ‚£1,950 to the carrying cost stated in the latest annual results for the twelve months ended 28 February 2006 announced on 15 November 2006.
The net sales proceeds, after costs, from disposal of The Property have been deposited in full against the current mortgage used to finance the original acquisition of the properties.
