Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy, announces that Paul Emmitt, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 3,574,901 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 December 2023.
