Plant Health Care PLC20 November 2007 Plant Health Care plc ("Plant Health Care" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 37,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options.Admission is expected to become effective on 26 November 2007. The New Shareswill rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 44,214,229 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights.
