Result of Annual General Meeting and Board Changes

The Directors of Plant Health Care plc are pleased to announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

As announced in the Company's final results on 15 February 2010, Albert Fisher has stepped down from the Board following today's AGM, having served nine years as a director of Plant Health Care plc and its predecessor companies. Following Dr. Fisher's retirement, Dominik Koechlin has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman.

At the meeting, Albert Fischer said "I would like to take this opportunity to say that it has been a privilege to serve as your Chairman since the Company was floated on AIM in 2004. I believe Plant Health Care has a very bright future and wish Dominik, John and the rest of the team continued success in the years ahead."
