GRANT OF AWARDS UNDER 2007 LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
On 21 February 2011, the Company agreed to grant Ordinary Shares to the following executives under the Company's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan.

The shares will vest, subject to the satisfaction of certain objective performance conditions, on the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 2013.
Following the above-mentioned grant, the beneficial interests of the directors concerned in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company are as shown below:
