Management Changes
The Board of SOCO announces the resignation of Anya Weaving as Chief Financial Officer.
Roger Cagle, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will reassume the role and responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer.
Ed Story, Chief Executive Officer of SOCO, said:
"On behalf of the Board, I'd like to extend our thanks to Anya for her contribution to SOCO in what has been a turbulent time for the industry. Her energy and industry expertise has been of great value to SOCO and we wish her the best of luck."
