Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), SOCO International announces that Mr Ed Story, Chief Executive and President of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Vedanta Resources plc, with effect from 1 June 2017.

Ed Story was a Non-Executive Director of Cairn India Limited until its merger with Vedanta Limited in April 2017.
