Dividend and AGM Notification

Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, announces that its third dividend for 2020 of 5.9p per share will be paid on 25 September 2020 to members on the register as at 21 August 2020 (the record date). Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 20 August 2020. The last day for elections will be on 4 September 2020.

As detailed in the Company's trading update released on 7 August, while acknowledging the impact that the outbreak of COVID-19, and the associated societal changes, have had on the business performance so far in 2020, the Company has had a positive start to the year and maintains a strong balance sheet with no debt. As a result, the board has taken the decision to restore dividend payments for Q3 to normal levels following the reduction in the dividend payment in Q2. The board will again revisit and review the remaining 2020 dividend payment later in the year, while continuing to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 situation on the business.

This dividend, the third of four to be announced this year, represents a 1.3 per cent. increase over the equivalent period last year, reflecting a return to the Company's progressive dividend policy.
