Appointment of permanent CFO

Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, is pleased to announce that Sarah Mace, previously Interim Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Sarah was appointed to the board as Interim Chief Financial Officer on 1 October 2020, following a successful tenure at Personal Group since January 2014 when she joined as Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary.
