Transactions in shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The first tranche of Mr Darby's Co-Investment Award, representing 751,814 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company (the 'Shares'), vested on 1 May 2014. Mr Darby exercised the award on 1 May 2014 and elected to retain all of the Shares. The award is structured as a nil cost option and the closing price of the Company's Shares on 1 May 2014 was 59.50p. Following the receipt of the Shares Mr Darby's personal holding is as follows:
