Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs")
The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 18 November 2025.
Paul Thompson, Chief Supply Chain Officer, purchased 618 Shares, at a price of 173.888p per Share, and a further 2,849 Shares, at a price of 173.8853p per Share.
Samantha Thompson, PCA to Paul Thompson, purchased 1,063 Shares, at a price of 173.888p per Share.
