Annual Financial Report

Following the release on 5 March 2009 of Premier's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2008, the Company has today published its annual report and accounts for 2008. 

Copies of the annual report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website: www.premierfoods.co.uk/investors.

The Company's 2009 AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Friday, 22 May 2009 at Insurance Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY.
