Under the 2010 resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or the "Company") to implement a share buyback program, Princess repurchased 0 shares in August 2022.

As of 31 August 2022, there were 69'151'168 shares outstanding and the total voting rights as at 31 August 2022 were 69'151'168.
