Peter Pritchard cancelled his participation in the 2016 offer under the Pets at Home Group Sharesave Scheme and discontinued his monthly contributions resulting in the lapsing of the Options originally granted to him on the 11th October 2016 with an exercise price of £1.97 per Share.
