Notification of Transaction of PDMR
Pets at Home Group Plc
Pets at Home Group Plc ("the Company") makes the following announcement regarding one of its Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility's (PDMR) participation in the Company's Sharesave Plan ("Sharesave")
The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions. It offers the opportunity for employees to buy ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Share") in the Company using savings accumulated over a three year period.
The PDMR detailed below has elected to cancel his participation in the 2016 offer of Sharesave, resulting in the lapsing of the options originally granted to him on 11th October 2016 with an exercise price of £1.97 per Share. The options would have become exercisable on 1st December 2019. 4,550 options lapsed. The notification of dealing form for the PDMR can be found below.
