Director Share Dealing
The Pebble Group, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry announces that it received notification today, that on 9 April 2020:
Richard Law, Chairman of the Company, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Law's interest in the Company is 195,238 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the Company's total voting rights.
Chris Lee, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Lee's interest in the Company is 6,041,515 Ordinary Shares representing 3.61% of the Company's total voting rights.
Yvonne Monaghan, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.5 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mrs Monaghan's interest in the Company is 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
