Vislink PLC05 April 2006 Vislink plc Director shareholding 5 April 2006 The Company has been informed by Leonard Mann, the Chief Technical Officer, thathe has sold 2,399,086 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55.0p pershare. Following this sale Mr Mann will be interested in 2,399,086 sharesrepresenting 1.76 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Mann acquired his shares as part of the initial consideration paid for theacquisition of Link Research Limited by the Company in February 2005. Under theterms of the Acquisition Agreement the vendors of Link Research Limited,including Mr Mann, covenanted not to dispose of any initial consideration shareswithin one year of completion of the acquisition and not to dispose of more than50 per cent of the initial consideration shares within two years of thecompletion of the acquisition. The acquisition was completed on 11 February2005.
