Cancellation of admission to the Official List and to trading on the main market
Admission to AIM
Further to the announcement on 29 November 2013 and the general meeting of the Company held on 17 December 2013, the Board of Vislink is pleased to confirm that the admission of Vislink's ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM occurred at 8.00 a.m. today, 20 January 2014 ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares have been removed from trading on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc and their listing on the Official List has been cancelled.
