Vesting of Share Awards
Following the vesting of shares with the Company's Directors and Senior Management related to the Company's 2011 Longer-Term Share Plan (applies to both Directors and Senior Management) , the deferred awards under the annual performance bonus plan (applies to Directors), and the 2012 Performance Share Plan (applies to Directors), application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 5,682,001 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
Included in this total is an amount of 646,398 ordinary shares issued under the 2012 Performance Share Plan (refer to the announcement 'Director Share Grants' dated 23 December 2013), as well as an amount of 156,233 ordinary shares issued under the annual performance bonus plan (refer to the announcement 'Deferred Share Awards' dated 28 November 2014).
The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00am on 12 October 2016.
Following admission of the Shares, the Company will have a total of 529,989,968 ordinary shares in issue.
