Petra Diamonds Ld08 June 2007 Petra Diamonds Limited Block Admission Application Petra Diamonds Limited (the "Company") announces that an application has beenmade to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 100,000ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company to satisfy obligations under theCompany's share option scheme. These shares will be allotted and issued in duecourse in accordance with the rules of the option scheme and will rank paripassu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
