Interim Management Statement
Pochin's PLC (LSE:L) is releasing its Interim Management Statement for the period since 31stJanuary 2014.
As reported in the Group's half year report for the six months to 30 November 2013, the Group's construction division experienced a fall in activity levels at the turn of the calendar year however this has been offset by the commencement of replacement work. The Group's property division is performing satisfactorily in both its investment and development activities.
On 31 March 2014, it was announced that the period had been extended during which the party making the approach is required to declare a firm intention to make an offer or to announce that it does not intend to do so. The deadline was extended to 28 April 2014 and therefore shareholders may expect a further announcement on or before that date.
