SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT16th JUNE 2005 The Directors of Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or the"Company") note the rise in the Company's share price today. The Directors havereceived a tentative approach which might or might not lead to an offer for theCompany. It should be emphasised that no substantive discussions have yet takenplace. In line with its usual practice, the Company intends to release a pre-closeperiod trading update before the end of June. A further announcement will be made in due course if appropriate.
