The Company was informed on 15 July 2014 that, on 11 July 2014, Aberdeen Holdings Limited acquired 175,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Aberdeen Holdings Limited is interested in 4,654,545 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.78 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
