Leo Insurance Services PLC15 December 2006 Leo Insurance PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 7,215,956 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 7,215,956. The above figure of 7,215,956 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in theCompany as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifthey are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in,the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
