Dividend Declaration
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the Main Market REIT that has a UK regional commercial real estate portfolio focused on the office and industrial sectors in carefully selected locations outside of London, is pleased to announce that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended 31 March 2022, of 3.75 pence per ordinary share.
The final dividend will be paid on 5 August 2022, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting being held on 29 July 2022, to shareholders on the register as at 1 July 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 30 June 2022. The entire dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022 will be made available on the Palace Capital website and posted to shareholders at the end of June 2022.
