Dividend Declaration
Palace Capital announces that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended31 December 2022, of 3.75 pence per ordinary share.
The dividend will be paid on 14 April 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 24 March 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 23 March 2023. The entire dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.
The Company intends to provide a trading update in April in relation to the year ending 31 March 2023, ahead of its full year results for the same period, which are expected to be announced on or around Thursday 15 June 2023, with the date to be confirmed in due course.
