Net Asset Value

The Directors of Oxford Technology 2 VCT announce that the Company's most recent unaudited Net Asset Value per share, as at 31 January 2010, was 41p.

The Company also announces that it is seeking to raise up to £272,017 by the offer for subscription of 663,458 ordinary shares at 41p each, being current Net Asset Value. A copy of the Investment Memorandum is available to download from www.oxfordtechnology.com.
