Oxford Technology 4 Venture Capital Trust PlcNet Asset Value
The Directors of Oxford Technology 4 VCT announce that the Company's most recent unaudited Net Asset Value per share as at 31 December 2008 was £1.00.
The Company also announces that it is seeking to raise up to £1,085,668 by the offer for subscription of 1,033,970 ordinary shares at £1.05 each, being Net Asset Value at 31 December 2008 plus 5%. A copy of the Investment Memorandum is available to download from www.oxfordtechnology.com.
