Oxford Technology 4 VCT PLC06 April 2006 For Immediate Release 6 April 2006 OXFORD TECHNOLOGY 4 VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC Allotment of Shares under Offer for Subscription In accordance with the prospectus dated 2 February 2006, the Company announcesthe further allotment of 1,656,346 ordinary shares ("Shares") of 10p each inaddition to the allotment of 1,338,787 shares on 21 March 2006 and 218,375 on 22March 2006. This brings the total number of shares allocated in respect of the2005/06 tax year to 3,213,508 and the total number of shares issued to date forOxford Technology 4 VCT plc to 10,339,702. The UK Listing Authority has granted admission for the shares allotted as aboveto the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. Application has also beenmade to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading onits market for listed securities and dealings are expected to commence on 7April 2006.
