Partial disposalΒ ofΒ Polymetal holdingΒ 

Ovoca announces that it has disposedΒ of 3,750,000 sharesΒ in Polymetal which it received as part consideration for the disposal of CJSC Prospectors Artel Ayax in January 2009. The net proceeds from the sale wasΒ $21,562,500.
