BUYBACK OF OWN SHARES
Athens, August 28, 2015 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE or Company), announces that it acquired on 27/8/2015 50,500 own shares, for an average price of €8.3275 per share, of total value €420,538.75, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 9 of Law 3340/2005, the 2273/2003 EU Regulation and the resolutions of Company's competent corporate bodies.
